Real Estate Credentials
My motto is to GO ABOVE & BEYOND FOR YOU!
And going ABOVE & BEYOND is my motto in everything I do! That includes going ABOVE & BEYOND to gain the experience and training which enables me to offer you exceptional customer service.
I am a real estate broker in two states: Florida & Georgia. “Brokers are real estate agents who have completed additional training and licensing requirements. They can work independently and hire other real estate agents to work for them (https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/101314/what-are-differences-among-real-estate-agent-broker-and-realtor.asp).”
I have been licensed to sell real estate since July 2000. In addition to passing the real estate broker’s state licensing exams in the states of Florida and Georgia, I passed the mortgage broker, real estate appraisal, and real estate instructor state licensing tests between the years of 2000 and 2003. However, I decided to focus on selling, and I have only kept active my real estate broker’s license which is the license I need to own and manage a real estate company and to work as a independent REALTOR®.
I continue to this day to keep up with real estate market statistics, laws, and regulations, and I offer you current and accurate information so you can make wise buying and selling decisions.
The following are some, but not all, of my real estate credentials.
