Your REALTOR®, whether you are the client or customer of Kelly Property Expert, Inc., or any other real estate brokerage company, should be using that company’s forms and official legal forms that are approved by your state in real estate transactions performed on your behalf.
Real estate law varies by state in the United States. For example, the state of Florida allows real estate closings to be processed by title companies as well as attorneys licensed in Florida, but in Georgia, title companies cannot perform real estate closings. In Georgia, real estate closings are handled by attorneys licensed in the state of Georgia.
Mary Kelly of Kelly Property Expert is licensed to sell real estate in the states of Florida and Georgia. Real estate brokers and sales agents are licensed to sell only in the states where they are licensed by the state to sell.
